YWCA Reacts to Recent Executive Orders

As we strive to understand the slew of Executive Orders signed by President Trump since January 20 and their impact on the programs and services our residents depend on, we — like other nonprofits — find ourselves confused and angry. We call on government to help ensure the integrity of the safety net for those most in need, rather than fray it to its edges with chaos and disruption. 

YWCA Columbus will be as committed tomorrow as we were yesterday to the essential services, empowerment, and resources we provide, as we live into our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
