The virtual program will begin at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3. Click here to view the live stream.
Note: YWCA Columbus is aware that our Activists & Agitators event on Oct. 3 unintentionally conflicts with both the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashana and the Hindu festival of Navratri. As an agency deeply committed to inclusion and fostering a sense of belonging within our programs and events, we sincerely apologize for this significant oversight and, since discovering our error, have since applied further safeguards to our internal process for selecting future event dates.
In the hopes that our Jewish and Hindu neighbors can still participate this year, the full recording will be viewable for one week (through Oct. 13) post-event, so it can be enjoyed after holiday celebrations conclude.

Please note that the content and discussion at Activists and Agitators 2024 will necessarily engage with racism and other forms of disenfranchisement leveled at marginalized groups throughout history. While YWCA Columbus will aim to create a safe space where we can all engage and learn bravely, empathetically, and thoughtfully, much of the content presented will be emotionally and intellectually challenging. We appreciate your consideration and respectful approach to these topics, as well as your fellow audience members.
