WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EVENT?

Doors open at 11 a.m. & the program begins at 11:45 a.m. 
LOCATION: Greater Columbus Convention Center, Battelle Grand Ballroom

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking is available in nearby and attached garages for an hourly rate, or you can pay for parking in advance here. We suggest the Ohio Center Garage and South Garage for the closest proximity to the Battelle Grand Ballroom. Signage will lead guests to the event.

HOW DO I ATTEND THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
You can purchase your virtual pass here. You will receive a link to join prior to April 2; the program will begin at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY TABLE NUMBER?
Table numbers will not be available in advance of the event. When you arrive at the Convention Center, please visit our registration table in front of the ballroom to receive your table number where your registration QR code will be scanned.

HOW CAN I SHOW MY SUPPORT?
On event day, show your support for the 2024 Women of Achievement honorees by wearing their chosen color (below).

HOW CAN I DONATE?
You can invest in Central Ohio women and families RIGHT NOW by donating at ywcacolumbus.org/donate.  To further celebrate our honorees, you might consider making a gift in their honor.

WHERE IS MY TICKET?
This year, all tickets are digital and will be delivered via email one day before the event. Your ticket, which includes a QR code, will be sent to the email address you used during registration.

If someone else registered on your behalf, your ticket will be sent to their email address. Please check with them to get your ticket.

HOW DO I USE THE QR CODE?
Upon arrival, please have your personalized QR code ready to present on your mobile device or as a printed PDF upon arrival. This will expedite your check-in with our registration team.

HOW DO I IDENTIFY MY TABLE NUMBER ON MY TICKET?
Your table number is part of your “Ticket Code” please see example below.

YOUR MEAL SELECTION
If you requested a vegan meal or have other special dietary needs, please be advised that your lunch has a designated seat at your assigned table, which will be marked with a name card.
