YWCA Columbus provides a fun, engaging program at United Schools Columbus (State St.) and KIPP Columbus before and after school. With more than 30 years of experience providing affordable, dependable, high-quality after-school programs, YWCA Kids Place (YKP) is excited to serve both of these communities, support working families, and help students learn and grow.

We use a comprehensive curriculum that includes Choice-Based learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), social-emotional development, and physical fitness. Additionally, in lock-step with the mission of YWCA, social action and advocacy are promoted by participating in community service projects that benefit non-profit programs in the community.
