Register Now – YKP School Year Program

Thank you for choosing the YWCA Columbus Kids Place Programs!

We look forward to getting to know you and your student and welcome you to the YWCA Kids Place (YKP) family. YWCA Kids Place has more than 30 years of experience providing affordable, dependable, and high-quality youth development programs for families in the Gahanna and Westerville school districts, as well as the United Schools Network (USN).

Register online with our convenient EZChildTrack Parent Portal

Parents and guardians can now register without the paperwork! Now, you can view real-time waitlist information, register your student(s) in one of our programs, and control your payment options through the Parent Portal, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This portal will allow you to change your contact information, print payment receipts, and access tax information.

Important note: Online registration is ONLY available on your computer or tablet – it will NOT work on your mobile phone or using internet explorer: all other browsers are compatible.

Before You Register…

Have Your Information Ready
In order to avoid “timing out” during the registration process, please have contact information for your student’s physician and emergency contacts available.

Have Your Documents Completed
We have several required forms for parents and guardians because we are licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and evaluated by Step Up to Quality (SUTQ).

You can download these forms below and complete them digitally (unless a physician signature is required). Save your completed forms, then upload them to the registration portal when prompted.

For reference, you can find a copy of our 2024-2025 YKP Handbook here.
